2. Description of Service

MomFoods provides a platform for chefs to showcase their culinary skills and sell their food under their own name. Users of the Platform can browse through various chefs, their menus, and place orders for food items.

 

3. Chef Responsibilities

  • Quality Assurance: Chefs are responsible for the quality and safety of the food they prepare and sell through the Platform.
  • Compliance: Chefs must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding food preparation and sale.
  • Customer Communication: Chefs are responsible for communicating with customers regarding orders, delivery, and any issues that may arise.
  • Account Security: Chefs are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and ensuring that no unauthorized access occurs.

4. User Responsibilities

  • Account Registration: Users are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the registration process.
  • Ordering: Users are responsible for placing orders accurately and providing correct delivery information.
  • Payment: Users are responsible for making payments for orders in a timely manner.
  • Feedback: Users are encouraged to provide feedback on their experiences with chefs and the Platform.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from:

  • Violating any laws or regulations.
  • Infringing upon the rights of others.
  • Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
  • Misusing the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on the Platform, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of MomFoods or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other laws.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

MomFoods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

 

8. Termination

MomFoods reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Colombia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

 

10. Changes to Terms

MomFoods reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
